By commissioning Nickalart, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• The art supplied is digital art and does not include a physical deliverable or original layered files.
• Payment is due upfront on any item less than 100 USD, half payment is due upfront on items that exceed that amount.
• Items that are okay for commercial use will be clearly labeled as such in the price section.
• The prices listed are the minimum, the price may increase depending on the complexity of the piece except for icon commissions, which are fixed price.
• Work will not start until the above payment is made and a reference or concept is provided by you.
• If there is a waitlist, the payment will not be requested until it is your turn in the queue.
• There is a limit of five total revisions, any more than five revisions will result in additional charges.
• The final draft will be delivered no later than one month after both the payment and concept are received unless the complexity does not allow for that timeline, in which case a realistic timeline will be provided to you in writing.
• If a major holiday including Christmas, New Year, US Thanksgiving, and US Independence day (July 4) falls within the month, the final draft will be delivered no later than two months after required materials are received.
• Revisions after the final draft must be submitted within a week.
• Additional revisions may increase the deadline for the completed commission.
• If the commissioned piece is late, a 20% discount will be applied.
• A refund is available until the first draft has been sent, after which point a half refund can be made.
• You may post finished pieces on social media, but please credit and link back to Nickalart.
• Nickalart reserves the right to post the commissioned artwork on social media and to use the commissioned artwork for promotional purposes.
• Nickalart reserves the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
